Honeybees that are thriving in the heart of Central Phoenix. Bridle Path Beeyard was founded in April of 2016 as small, urban beekeeping operation to help sustain bee populations, promote pollination and help infuse the genetics of gentle honeybees into the feral honeybee populations. It's founder, Joc Rawls, is also a local veterinarian.

An incredibly delicious, local honey that the bees collect from the gardens, trees, and landscapes of Central Phoenix.
Our honeybees are treated with utmost care and meticulous attention to detail with the health of the colonies. This attention to detail has allowed the colonies to thrive in their natural environment.
Did you realize that honeybees fly up to two miles from their home colonies several times daily to collect nectar and bring back to produce honey.
By buying our local honey, you are supporting the sustainment of several honeybee colonies belonging to a local apiary and beekeeper. A large portion of the revenues from sales are reinvested back into the colonies for scientific monitoring equipment, enrollment in disease surveillance programs, and much more to keep the bees healthy and happy. Plus, you'll get to enjoy one of the finest products that money can buy.
Honey is crafted in nature by honey bees, but their contributions to our planet don’t end there. These important pollinators are responsible for one-third of the world’s food supply (directly or indirectly).
Honey bees support us by nurturing the planet and all of us who live here, so it only seems right that we support them in return. When you eat honey, you are supporting beekeepers and their ability to keep health bees. Which in turn helps the environment thrive and feeds the world. (From the National Honey Board at honey.com)
